Shipping Policy

You may purchase your items online and pick them up at our home office in Havelock North by arranging a time, or we can ship them directly to your doorstep.

 

From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and you can choose either courier or pick up. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order and make payment. If anything is urgent please get in touch so we can assist you further.

Courier prices depend on your area and if the address is rural. If you would like to check before making your purchase you feel free to ask us.

If the incorrect shipping is selected this may delay your order, you will be notified as soon as it comes to our attention.

TOLL Couriers add $6.60 to each rural/out of area delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at Nells Pets. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

 

Returns: Please notify us as soon as possible if you would like to return or exchange a product. This will help us be able to process your request quickly. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For products such as FlightSuits and Aviator Harnesses, sometimes these will need to be opened and tried on, please keep the packaging intact to send back if need be.

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or send a new product. 

 

 

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item to us.

 

If your order is in some way damaged in transit or faulty, please email us with this information immediately. If it is a manufacturing issue/fault we will replace the item/s or refund you the total cost and Nell's Nest will cover the cost of shipping.

 

If you are sending an item back to us, please send it via a tracked service. Nell Pets is not liable for returns lost in transit.
